You play as the scheming mastermind, Dr. Dastardly. After months of hard work, your latest plot has been foiled again. Tired and discouraged, you decide there's only one thing to do…go on vacation! You pack your bags and hit the road with your Portable Freeze Ray.

Explore the sunny, mysterious island and freeze everything in your path. Your freeze ray has 5 different shots you can use to defeat the various monsters, volcanoes, and other hazards. Each level has a limited number of shots, but you have an unlimited amount of time to use them (you are on vacation, after all). Take your time and plan your shots, because the challenges increase as you move about the island.
