It's space week. We love space. You love space. Why not give everyone some discounts on some of our best games set in that cold hard frontier out there beyond Felix Baumgartner's record-setting jump. Considering he was sponsored by Red Bull, the direction of his trajectory did not seem to jive with him being given wings... Anyway - Enjoy all these great deals - Ending Monday!
Space Week! We know you guys love games that go for the final frontier, that inky blackness between stars. So there's 75% off as much as we could find! From Sword of the Stars to Endless Space to Gratuitous Space Battles Here's a weird one, in movies, ships always seem to be using propulsion even though it's a waste of energy. And when spaceships turn suddenly, crew members tend to fall over even though the source of gravity is comming from the floor.

Barring some major processional shift or maybe a major alteration in the Earth’s axis, we won’t have to deal with either of the environmental extremes in the Lost Planet franchise. Luckily you can play the awesome games for super cheap right now. Driven to the brink of extinction in ice-covered wastelands, humankind fights to survive, from the deadly elements to the hostile alien creatures known as the Akrid. With only fragments of his memory intact, Wayne Holden must struggle to recover his past and the answers to E.D.N. III's secrets. While the search for the truth could lead to valuable allies and a means to save humanity, what he finds instead could be worse than he ever imagined!

To try and describe the GSB franchise in this few words is a herculean task. Fifty percent RTS, fifty percent tower defense and one hundred percent addicting is probably the best we can do. It’s super affordable though. Gratuitous Space Battles is a unique strategy game where you play the role of supreme commander of a vast fleets of spaceships, battling against AI controlled or player-designed enemy fleets. GSB is not a conventional strategy game, but more of an RTS/Tower Defense hybrid, where you design the ships, position the fleet, issue pre-battle orders and then sit back and watch the explosive galactic mayhem take place. Did you include enough fusion beams on your capital ships? Maybe you should have assigned some fighters to escort those ships in the middle of the fleet? GSB also allows you to challenge other players by uploading your best fleets to serve as their opposition, in a massively single-player galactic smorgasbord of laser-death!

We could always pun it up [even more] and just call this bundle “X–COMplete” but that might be taking it too far. Note the hyphen. The hyphen is very, very important. All the games contained herein are judged AMAZINGLY AWESOME.
It is the year 1999. Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) have started appearing with disturbing regularity in the night skies. Reports of violent human abductions and horrific experimentation has struck terror into the hearts of millions. Mass public hysteria has only served to expose Earth’s impotence against a vastly superior technology.
