Important: Site-Wide Maintenance Beginning October 24, 2:00AM US Central

GameStop PC Downloads (www.impulsedriven.com) will be offline for maintenance from approximately 2:00AM Wednesday, October 24 through 8:00AM Wednesday, October 24. Customers will be unable to access the website or purchase games during this time. 

What if I’m just trying to download or play a game from the App? Will the “My Games” tab work? 

Games already installed and activated on the App will still be playable. Customers will not be able to download or install any games during the site outage. 

What about other functions in the App, like redeeming a code I got at a midnight release, the Discover Tab or registering by boxed Stardock products?

Customers will be able to redeem a code at midnight (CST), but will not be able to redeem a code once site outage starts at 2am US Central. 

Will I be able to access the Discover Tab?

Yes, customers will be able to access the discover tab during the site outage.  There may be limited functionality around “liking”. 

What if I place an order shortly before the maintenance begins? 

Customers may place an order until the site outage begins, but may not have time to complete a full download and install of the game(s) purchased. You can continue a download once the site outage is complete.
